The following Sporttrade Promotion Terms and Conditions are applicable:

Promotional Period

The promotional offer is valid between December 12, 2024 @ 5:00 PM ET through February 28, 2025 @ 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in New Jersey (NJ), Colorado (CO), Iowa (IA), Arizona (AZ), or Virginia (VA) to place bets.

Patron Eligibility:

Only verified, registered Sporttrade patrons who are otherwise eligible to wager under New Jersey, Colorado, Iowa, Arizona, or Virginia law may be eligible for this promotion. There is no opt-in necessary and patrons can combine with other existing active offers, if any. Sporttrade reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any promotion in good faith.

This offer is limited to 1 per patron, 1 per household and for the first 5 cash outs that resulted in a profit during the eligibility period aggregating to $50. Sporttrade affiliates, employees and their family members living in the same household are not eligible for this promotion.

Below are examples that may lead a patron to be ineligible, but is not limited to,

1. Sharing of devices with non-household members to place the bet.

2. Sharing of devices with another patron.

3. Different device is used to place the bet than the one used for account signup.

4. A patron from the same address has previously benefited from the promotion.

Patrons must be 21 years of age or older in order to claim the following Offer and must be physically present in New Jersey, Colorado, Iowa, Arizona, or Virginia to place a wager.

Patrons must not be currently registered on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary.

How To Claim the Offer:

Once a patron does a cash out for a profit during the eligibility period, they are automatically eligible for profit match of 5 cash outs aggregating up to $50, max $10 on each cash out. “Cash back” money is granted within 72 hours of the 5th cash out and playthrough or the end of the promotional period, which ever comes first, in a lump sum of cash.

If an outcome is voided, all associated patron activity on that specific outcome will become nullified in regards to this promotion. Patron must keep their account open for a minimum of the 7-day promotional period to be eligible for the offer.

Sporttrade Account

Sporttrade Terms & Conditions are applicable to all parts of this Offer. All general terms, conditions, privacy policy, and house rules are also applicable to all parts of this Offer. New Patrons will be prompted to accept the Sporttrade Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or House Rules before being able to make a deposit or place bets. 

Sporttrade reserves the right to rescind this Offer at any time during the Eligibility Period by giving notice via social media, email, or other written communication. 

Cash Back Promotion (“Offer”)

Perform a cash out and within the promotional period and receive a profit match for 5 cash outs, max $10 each, aggregating up to $50. There is no opt-in necessary. “Cash back” money is granted within 72 hours of the 5th cash out and playthrough or the end of the promotional period, which ever comes first, in a lump sum of cash.

Offer Restrictions

Maximum redemption value: $50

A patron must place their cash outs within the promotional period to earn cash back

The profit match for cash out begins the moment the first profitable cash out and playthrough is performed in the promotional period

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to all Sporttrade Patrons who establish an active and verified Sporttrade account (“Account”). You must be 21 years of age or older an tod physically present in NJ, CO, IA, AZ, or VA in order to place a bet. Individuals on any involuntary state gambling exclusion list, state gambling self-exclusion list, and/or self-exclusion list for any Sporttrade subsidiary are ineligible to participate in the Promotion. You are eligible for credit up to $50 per person, account, mobile device, or payment method (for example, a specific bank account).

Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, new patrons must successfully establish a Sporttrade Account. All patrons must place their first deposit and bet within the eligibility period. By creating an Account, you must agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to Sporttrade’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, you cannot create a Sporttrade Account or participate in this Promotion.

Limitations on Participation

Sporttrade reserves the right at its sole discretion to: (i) change or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notification; (ii) void bets at any time; and (iii) exclude any individual(s) from participating in the Promotion if there are any irregularities or abuses occurring in connection with the Promotion. Promotions are nontransferable.

Cancellation

To cancel your participation in this or any promotion, please contact Patron support at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Upon request for cancellation, Sporttrade shall inform you of the amount of funds that will be returned upon cancellation. If you elect to proceed with cancellation, funds remaining in your account will be returned in accordance with the terms and conditions.

Additional Information

If there is a discrepancy between the name associated with your Account and the name associated with your deposit method you may be ineligible to participate in this (or any other) Promotion, and the Promotion may be withdrawn or invalidated.
